I come from the self-proclaimed "Bratwurst Capital of the World", and this is my version of a popular sandwich at the Bratwurst Festival held in August every year. A new twist on an old German favorite, this sammy is easy to eat, creamy and delicious.

The muffuletta is a sandwich invented in New Orleans in the early 1900's. It always has an olive salad and multiple Italian cured meats and cheeses. My version, based on a recipe by Emeril Lagasse, gives alternatives that you can find in most supermarkets.
